Gourmet Specialty Foods has now expanded its production to the FOODSERVICE segment by offering FRESH Foodservice Products:

Our same high quality FRESH retail products are now available to the FOODSERVICE industry.

Gourmet Specialty Foods produces a variety of Fresh Hand Made Catering Quality Stuffed Poultry and Pork items. Any items listed in our RETAIL selection can be custom made to fit any FOODSERVICE application. Our Portion Controlled offerings can be sized in ranges of 6, 8, or 10 oz portions. These stuffed entrée’s are conveniently packed as 24 pieces per case (6 portions per tray, 4 trays per case). Each one of our foodservice trays is sealed to keep our product fresh for 7-10 days.
